With a Post Graduate degree in Social Work (MSW) and a Law degree, along with additional qualifications such as a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management, Industrial Relations and Labour Welfare, as well as a Diploma in Human Resources Development, he brings over 3 decades of extensive experience in HR, Legal, Admin and ER Compliance.
Over the past two decades, he has led the Legal Expert Team and Compliance Team in the Consulting Industry, engaging with a diverse range of Clients including MNCs, Factories and Industries in the Finance, IT, ITES, Insurance, Telecom, Logistics and Staffing companies across the Country.
His expertise lies in Employment Related Laws, HR Compliance, HR Operations, Due Diligence Audits, Compliance Audits, POSH, Court Matters and Government Department liaison on a National scale.
He is adept at addressing queries and providing expert opinions, solutions and end-to-end regulatory compliance support to Clients in the realms of HR, Legal and Compliance.
His vision and to provide comprehensive HR solutions to Clients at affordable prices has becoming a reality through ENCOMPLIANCEHR, which is a completely integrated HR Service provider in the Country offering cost effective, timely and need of the hour solutions to its array of Clients.

Anand Thirunavukarasu, a Master of Social Work graduate, comes with over 20 years of Industry experience and serves as a Partner at ENCOMPLIANCEHR, a company that upholds values of prompt service, customer-centricity, and integrity. Prior to pursuing his entrepreneurial aspirations, he garnered over a decade of diverse Human Resources experience at Cognizant , MTS and Flextronics, spanning functions from Talent Management, Recruitment to Compliance & HR audit.
Through his consulting journey, he has acquired extensive practical knowledge in areas such as the Factories Act, Commercial Establishments Act, recruitment, and payroll management. Anand finds fulfilment in offering advisory services to prominent corporations and industries alongside his team of skilled HR professionals.
Today ENCOMPLIANCE leverages on his profound expertise in Compliance, Compensation and Benefits, HR audits and Statutory requirements.
